Bad Customer Service
Customer service in SG is getting from bad to worse. Encountered bad service at 3 or more different places in a row. Will fill you in with the details later.
Anyway, i went to meet Kelvin at Tampines interchange. After lunch, we took train 2 town 2 meet up with the rest. Who knows we are the 1st 2 be there. Waited less den 5mins 4 mr & mrs lee 2 join us. Almost quarrelled with the CSO. Queued up quite a while coz the tkts are with Dave. Hahaha...tis round is his turn 2 be late.
After getting the tixs, we moved over 2 Taka 2 chill out. The guys went massage while Dorin went shopping with me. Stopped at Giordano 2 get some items. So glad tat extra 10% given after the normal discount with Citibank card. Heng tat we checked the bills after prompting from Daryl.
Went back to the store to cross check. Ends up discovering tat the pant wasn't on 50% discount as infmd earlier. Tried to reason with the person in charge Raymond abt the mistake. He claimed tat his staff had charged us less and wanted us to top up. Of course we rejected & asked 4 refund instead. After several rounds of argument, he offered 2 give 30% discount "ON-HIS-OWN-ACCORD" for the pants. Anyway, after the whole drama, we went over to Balcony's Bar, located outside Heeren. Had 2 ask a couple of times for sauces. Sianz!
Thoroughly enjoyed the show Transformer. Brought back some childhood memories. It lasted slightly over 2 hrs. So surprised tat we're unable to find any 24hrs a/c MAC along the whole stretch of Orchard Rd. Finally, we settled at Mr Bean at Selegie.
Side-tracked a bit - some unhappy things happened along the way which is inconvenient 4 me 2 mention any details
